LEGG Mavis Eileen Mavis passed away peacefully on 27th December 2023 following a period of 2 years suffering from Alzheimer's Disease. She would have reached the age of 97 years on 17th February 2024. A wonderful sister, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, she is hugely missed by all who knew and loved her. Her calm and loving nature was an inspiration to us all. Her Funeral Service will be held at 11.15 am, on 2nd February, 2024, at Portchester Crematorium, near Gosport, Hampshire, where she had lived for the last 8 years. Family flowers only but donations to the Alzheimer's Society or Macmillan Cancer Support would be greatly appreciated.
