A hospice which helps people with life-limiting conditions across North Somerset is appealing for artists to donate their work to its annual art sale.
Weston Hospicecare ran a Mystery Art Sale last year, which raised more than £1,200 for the charity.
The hospice is running an art sale in October, and is calling on local artists, photographers and creative enthusiasts to donate pieces of their work to raise funds for the cause.
Money raised, through online and in person sales through October, will go towards helping the charity to support thousands of people in Weston, North Somerset and Sedgemoor with a life-limiting illness.
Kirsty Simmons, community fundraiser for Weston Hospicecare, says: “In 2020, we had such a magnificent reaction from our supporters.
“Firstly, from the generosity of the artists donating their pieces of work which was then followed by a great reaction from our supporters buying their work.
“Now art classes, clubs and groups have reopened, we hope to count on our brilliant supporters for a similar reaction, this year.”
Donor can post, or drop off their work to Weston Hospicecare, in Uphill, by Septe, mber 10. To find out more, log on to https://www.westonhospicecare.org.uk/event/artsale/
