Burnham’s bi-annual food festival is set to return for the fifth time next weekend and there will be some surprises as the award-winning event takes over the town.
Eat: Burnham will fill the town centre on October 21 and is organised by Beverley and Sarah Milner Simonds who organised Weston’s version of the popular festival last month.
As well as a host of Somerset traders showcasing their delicious treats, there will also be live entertainment.
Beverley said: “We are really pleased with the line-up of traders and the great range of festival activities planned for our 11th festival in our home town.
“The positivity from visitors and traders about this festival spurs us on and partners, the district council and of course our volunteer stewards.”
The festival will take place from 9am-4pm in Burnham High Street.
