A MEN'S mental health charity that helps to combat loneliness and isolation across North Somerset has announced its new opening times.
North Somerset Talk Club is a men's mental fitness group which aims to tackle poor mental health by sharing experiences in a 'safe and comfortable space' with other men.
It's now expanded its reach and will be available to more men across the county.
A talk club will be held every week on Monday from 10am to 12pm at the Healthy Living Centre on the Bournville estate, in Weston.
And every Thursday from 6.30pm to 8.30pm at the Hornets Rugby Football Club, also in Weston.
Nailsea and Backwell will host a talk club every Monday from 6.30pm to 8.30pm at Nailsea RFC.
And every Tuesday from 6.30pm to 8.30pm, men in Clevedon can head to the YMCA, on Marson Road.
The group is those aged 18 years and older and is free to join. There is no commitment to speak at the club and no advice is offered.
To contact Talk Club in confidence, email hello@wetalkclub.com.
To receive help and support on suicide, Samaritans can be contacted on 116 123.
