A NEW art exhibition will be opening in The Sovereign.
The Social Scaffolding interactive art installation invites residents to not only view its pieces, but even take part.
Whether it be adding in some stitching into Alyson Minkley's cocoon-like installation, or becoming a living piece of artwork by wearing Lou Baker's knitted sculptures, or even helping Juliet Duckworth weave her human-sized nest, there is plenty to do.
Residents are invited to join Juliet Duckworth, Alyson Minkley and Lou Baker at Social Scaffolding from Thursday to Sunday 11am-4pm. The exhibition will open on May 20 until June 4, meaning that there is plenty of chance to see what's on offer.
The exhibition has been made possible due to funding by the National Lottery through Arts Council England.
