WESTON-SUPER-MARE's immensely popular Playhouse theatre has some exciting events coming up this September.
The Friends of The Playhouse will continue to hold their weekly Saturday coffee mornings, which start at 10am every Saturday.
Whether you're a member or not, all are welcome to join in at the theatre to enjoy a hot or cold drink and a bite to eat.
On Saturday September 2 at 10:30am, The Friends Of The Playhouse annual general meeting will take place in the theatre auditorium. Mark Thompson, The Playhouse's general manager will be speaking at the meeting.
The second Saturday coffee morning of the month on 9 September will showcase the monthly raffle, which gives entrants the chance to win two tickets to a show of their choice, as well as other prizes available.
The following Saturday (September 16), the Friends of The Playhouse's monthly quiz will take place during the coffee morning.
The quiz costs just £1 per person to enter, with prizes available for the winners.
On September 23, the Friends of The Playhouse will host their open day.
Free guided tours of the theatre will take place every 30 minutes starting at 10am, and will include backstage and technical areas that visitors rarely see.
The exclusive tours will last around an hour, with the last of the day beginning at 4pm.

Membership to join the Friends of The Playhouse costs £15 a year. Anyone wanting to join can do so at the theatre box office, at the counter or over the phone.
Benefits include 15% off selected shows (maximum 2 tickets per show), 15% off at the theatre and confectionary bars, regular social events throughout the year, and one free ticket on your birthday.
