MAYOR Ciaran Cronnelly and mayoress Katherine have opened the "fantastic" A1 Camera Club exhibition.
The A1 Camera Club was formed after a group of mature students finished a photography course at Weston College in the 1970's.
Rather than going their separate ways, in 1981 they decided to start a club to unite their shared creativity and nurture their passion.
They will host their exhibition at Weston Museum until September 16.
Posting on Facebook about the launch of the exhibition, mayor Cronnelly said: "The exhibition is open until September 16 and is showcasing the fantastic photos of members of the club.
"Do pop down to Weston Museum and take a look - they're genuinely fantastic.
"A1 camera club have been running for over 40 years and are always happy to have new members. If you're interested in joining then visit their website: https://www.a1cameraclubweston.org/."
