AVON and Somerset Police is appealing for witnesses following a serious collision which sent two people to hospital in Cheddar.
At around 1.20am today (Tuesday, November 14), a white Vauxhall Vivaro van was involved in a collision with a parked coach on The Hayes.
Emergency services were called to the scene. The driver and passenger of the van were taken to hospital, where they remain. Their next of kin have been contacted.

The road was reopened at around 11.30am after investigators examined the scene and the van was recovered.
Anyone with dashcam footage or anyone who may have seen the van being driven in the moments before the collision are being urged to contact police.
