Security 2000 has slashed its emergency response time to less than half the national average since Richard Gabriel was appointed.
Mr Gabriel, from Portishead, joined as a business unit director back in June 2023.
He has a wealth of 15 years of experience working with major industry firms.
Responding to the increasing need for fast and reliable security services, Mr Gabriel set about reducing emergency response times and has managed to cut it down to 23 minutes.
This is a far cry from the national average, which currently stands at 60 minutes, putting Security 2000 ahead of its competitors.
Mr Gabriel offered the reassurance to Bristol and Bath residents that properties under the protection of Security 2000 can expect swift protection, courtesy of its reduced response time.
The company covers an expansive area, offering its key holding and alarm response services to several locales, including Bristol, Avonmouth, Clevedon, Chippenham, Melksham, Trowbridge, and Weston-Super-Mare.
Security 2000's staff are Security Industry Authority (SIA) approved, and it uses cutting-edge technology, like real time reporting via a smartphone app and iCloud live view and image storage to effectively capture images of probable suspects and vehicles involved in any criminal activity.
Mr Gabriel credits the company’s success to its smart work approach.
He said: "The company used to have very good response times anyway, as we know our geographical patch very well.
"Sometimes companies are too ambitious and overstretch themselves, which is not a trap we want to fall into."
Mr Gabriel continued: "We are attending on-site in less than 25 minutes.
"In some cases, it can be as low as three minutes.
"We are just faster than everyone else."
Richard Gabriel is aiming to use the current performance levels to expand the services of Security 2000 to other areas.
He said their medium-term plan includes expansion into areas like Swindon, Gloucestershire, Cheltenham, Exeter, Plymouth, Cardiff and Swansea.
Eventually, the company aspires to become a national business through acquisitions.
Mr Gabriel said: "Security isn't just about guarding physical assets; it's about safeguarding our clients’ trust and reputation."
Security 2000 currently protects over 300 locations and assets valued at £5bn across the South West.
