WESTON'S newest cinema has introduced new Parent and Baby Screenings so that everyone can enjoy the "magic of the big screen."
At these screenings, lights will be dimmed and the volume reduced.
Anyone who attends are encouraged to be understanding that babies will be babies and may make noise and fuss.
Formally the ODEON, the venue reopened under Merlin Cinemas on December 15, 2023.
A spokesperson from the Plaza Cinema said: "As we enter the new year we're thrilled to bring you an exciting addition to our cinematic experience that's designed with both parents/carers and little ones in mind.
"Say hello to our brand-new Parent and Baby Screenings, where the magic of the big screen meets the comfort of a baby-friendly atmosphere!
"Here's what you can expect from these screenings:
- "Reduced volume for a comfortable sound level for infants;
- "Lights left on low;
- "A supportive and understanding atmosphere where babies are welcome to be babies.
"Look out for the dummy icon on Thursday performance times to indicate these screenings."
