Weston Hospicecare has announced a series of new activities and events as part of its New Year fundraising campaign.
The North Somerset charity, which offers free palliative care, has been active for 30 years.
It relies heavily on the kindness and donations of the local community, encouraging residents to get involved with their cause.
The director of fundraising and communications for Weston Hospicecare, Julian Hall said: "We have so many incredible supporters from across the region.
"We know people in the community like to come together and take part in activities and participate in events so it’s great to be looking towards spring with these upcoming events."
"There’s something for everyone and the support and donations that we receive enable us to deliver an incredible range of services from our residential hospice facilities, drop in wellbeing and support and community outreach with our team of specialist community nurses who cover the length and breadth of North Somerset from Clevedon to Wedmore and Axbridge to Burnham-on-Sea and everywhere in between!"
So far, the charity has announced three much anticipated events.
On March 9, the Rugby Ramble will see hundreds of supporters walk a scenic 10-mile stretch along the Weston coastline for the charity, concluding at the Grand Pier.
Participants will be rewarded with a pint of cider or a soft drink, a pie and the opportunity to watch Six Nations rugby.
It takes place between 11am and 6pm, while entry is priced at £20 for an adult and £13 for children.

The same day also sees the return of the highly popular Pre-Loved Kilo Sale, held at the Weston Hospicecare Superstore in Searl Crescent.
The last event saw a rush of shoppers keen to secure a bargain while supporting a worthwhile cause.
Doors will open at 8am and it will cost £5 per kilo, while extra donations are also encouraged.
Finally, on March 30, the Easter Egg Trail will take place at Uphill Victory Hall.
It is aimed predominantly at families, offering a chance to solve clues, find hidden eggs and create lasting memories.
The hunt will run from 10am to 2pm.

These events are sure to bring the community together, all in support of the wide range of services offered by Weston Hospicecare.
