A WESTON road is due to close for two nights this week to allow for drainage and gully emptying works.
New Bristol Road will be closed from the Summer Lane roundabout up to Station Road from Thursday, February 29, from 8pm to 6am.
Posting on social media, spokesperson from the North Somerset Travel and Roads team said: "A reminder that drainage works are being completed this week on New Bristol Road. The road will be closed from the Summer Lane roundabout up to Station Road.
"These works are programmed for Thursday, February 29, from 8pm - 6am for two nights.

"Thank you in advance for your co-operation."
The road is expected to reopen on March 2.
A diversion will be in force for local residents.
