A POPULAR Weston coffee shop is amongst seven businesses that have received outstanding food hygiene ratings.
All of these establishments have scored a five out of five rating, meaning that they are clean, handle food safely and uphold good hygiene practices.
This includes preparation, cooking, re-heating, cooling and storage of food.
Businesses that receive a low food hygiene score are encouraged to work with the council to improve their rating or face closure.

• Rated 5: Coffee #1 at 1b Somerset Square, Nailsea, North Somerset; rated on March 6;
• Rated 5: Jenny's Coffee House at 75 High Street, Weston-super-Mare; rated on March 5;
• Rated 5: Oakham Treasures and Acorns Cafe at Oakham Farm, Portbury Lane, Wraxall, Bristol; rated on February 22;
• Rated 5: Zoe's at 14 Baker Street, Weston-super-Mare; rated on February 22.
Pubs, bars and nightclubs
• Rated 5: Observatory (The) at The Observatory, Becket Road, Worle, Weston-super-Mare; rated on March 18;
• Rated 5: Windsor Castle at 54 Upper Bristol Road, Milton, Weston-super-Mare; rated on March 7;
• Rated 5: Ring O' Bells at 4 St. Marys Grove, Nailsea, Bristol North Somerset; rated on February 27.
