NUMEROUS roads in Weston will be closed this weekend during the town's Super Half Marathon.

All closures will be put in place at 07:00am on Sunday, March 24, with all roads re-opening by 1:00pm.

The road closures are as follows:

  • Richmond St (from Marine Parade to Gloucester St);
  • Regent St (from Marine Parade to York St);
  • Carlton St (from Marine Parade to Beach Rd);
  • Marine Parade;
  • Beach Rd;
  • Links Rd;
  • Uphill Way;
  • Uphill Rd South (Westbound Lane closure from Uphill Way to Grange Road);
  • Uphill Rd South (from Grange Rd to A370 Bridgwater Rd);
  • A370 Bridgwater Rd Southbound (from Bridgwater Rd to Accomodation Rd);
  • Accomodation Rd (from A370 to Old Wall);
  • Wayacre Drove;
  • Uphill Footpath (between Wayacre Drove and Uphill Marina/Links Rd);
  • Royal Parade;
  • Knightstone Rd;
  • Birnbeck Rd;
  • Birkett Rd;
  • Kewstoke Rd (from Birkett Rd to Beach Rd);
  • Seafront Promenade (from Knightstone Causeway to Regent St Junction/Grand Pier).
