Bristol Airport is bracing for its busiest Easter period to date, expecting over 420,000 passengers to travel within the coming weeks.
One of the peak days is expected to be Easter Sunday, on March 31, with approximately 30,000 travellers.
Popular travel spots reportedly include Malaga, Alicante, Faro, and Tenerife for sun-seekers, while Dublin, Edinburgh, Amsterdam and Geneva top the city break list.
Bristol Airport advises passengers to arrive a minimum of two hours prior to departure during this busy period.
Tips offered include having boarding cards ready, removing large electrical devices, placing liquids in separate bags, emptying pockets into provided trays, and removing coats.
Additionally, any Easter egg chocolates should be easily accessible in cabin baggage for potential checks.
