A FAMILY-run Estate Agents has opened the doors of its first office.
Hewlett Homes, established by father and son duo, Damian and Brandon Hewlett, covers the areas of Clevedon, Yatton, Weston-super-Mare and surrounding areas.
The business launched in March last year. Staff have been working from home during this time, but now residents can pop in to the new office on 101A High Street in Worle.
A launch event was held yesterday (Wednesday, April 3) in which existing and potential customers were able to pop along and learn more about the business.
Since the beginning, the company aimed to set itself apart from the competition by utilising social media.
Damian, who has experience as both an estate agent and an insurance broker, said: "We've been going from strength to strength.
"We used social media to set ourselves apart. Other Estate Agents have followed this.
"There's a nice community in Worle."
The team, which also includes Damian's wife, Rebecca, who has the role of move manager, were originally planning to set up their first office further up in North Somerset.
However, after the company took off well in the Weston area, the plan changed.
The business, which was named the Best Emerging Estate Agency in 2023, also prides itself on being available for customers outside of conventional working hours.
Damian explained that the company can operate flexible hours to suit the needs of busy residents: "We make an effort to be available."
Hewlett Homes believes that buying or selling your home "should be an exciting journey."
The company's website reads: "Hewlett Homes is a family owned, independent Estate Agents founded by father-son duo Damian and Brandon Hewlett.
"The company was born through a shared love of all things property, as well as a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
"We believe in going above and beyond for all of our customers, ensuring they receive an extra-ordinary experience – after all, buying or selling your home should be an exciting journey or new chapter in ones life.
"With a combined forty years of property experience, dealing with property transactions across Somerset and Bristol – rest assured you are in safe hands with us."
In the future, the company may open up a second office in the Clevedon or Yatton areas.
