LOCALS have been sharing nostalgic photos in the We Grew Up In Weston-super-Mare Facebook group.
Speaking about the bathing pool, one local reminisced: "Loved the pool! Spent all my summers there in ‘60s & ‘70s. Diving boards were great - where can young people dive now?"
Another said: "Last time I was in there was around 1973 about 1am after getting too hot in the Andromeda Club. Looks so different in daylight!"
A third added: "I remember as a Kid we use to go on the roof above the cafe (in the days Parents didn't know where you were)."
A lot of people have fond memories of Anchor Head, too. One commenter said: "It was a special treat to go for a trip around the bay in one of those lovely Flatners."
Another asked: "Where have all the years gone?"
