The Weston Civic Society's next meeting takes place this month.
It is scheduled for May 13 at 7.30pm in the Museum on Burlington Street.
The High Street HAZ Legacy will feature Cara MacMahon, who is North Somerset Council's High Street heritage zone officer.
Focusing on restoring and repairing original features in historic buildings, it will also include improving the exterior of retail units with a shopfront enhancement scheme.
Entry is £2 but members can attend for free.
All are welcome and the group accepts contactless as a form of payment, too.
The next meeting is Weston at War, presented by John Crockford-Hawley, on June 13 at 7.30pm in the Blakehay Theatre.
It focuses on the 80th anniversary of D-Day, with the historian taking attendees through the years 1939 to 1945.
The presentation will include big-screen illustrations, as well as Mr Crockford-Hawley's distinct style of presentation.
