A NAILSEA football club and a Weston Burger King store are amongst 13 businesses that have scored high food hygiene ratings over the last couple of months.
All of these establishments have scored a five out of five rating, meaning that they are clean, handle food safely and uphold good hygiene practices.
This includes preparation, cooking, re-heating, cooling and storage of food.
Businesses that receive a low food hygiene score are encouraged to work with the council to improve their rating or face closure.
