The Friends of The Playhouse have revealed the events to take place at the Weston theatre in June.

On June 1, the monthly raffle will take place at the Saturday Coffee Morning, with the first prize being two tickets to a Playhouse show of your choice.

Other awards will also be up for grabs.

Following this, on June 8, the theatre will convert into a Bingo Hall, for only £1 per person.

Individuals can opt out of playing and simply enjoy the calm ambience.

The Saturday Coffee Morning will feature a music quiz on June 15, with an entrance fee of just £1.

Those not interested in participating can simply savour the general merriment; no obligation to take part is necessary.

With an evident strive for variety, other upcoming festive occasions include the "Summertime of Your Life Disco" and "The Friends Of The Playhouse Open Day".

Artist Chrystal Bliss will capture the stage, strumming favourite tunes from West End Musicals.

Phoebe Richards too will grace attendees with popular hits from the 40s to the 70s.

Additional regular activities are monthly raffles and quizzes that keep the members and attendees occupied.

If you consider joining the community that currently boasts more than 500 members, an annual fee of £15 is required.
