A theatre group is set to perform two plays to raise money for a former member taking on a charity cycling challenge.
Shipham Players in Somerset will support Esme Hotston Moore's charity fundraising through performances of the one act plays on June 6, 7, and 8.
The two comedy plays, both written by David Tristram, will take centre stage at Shipham Village Hall at 7.30pm.
'The Fat Lady Sings in Little Grimley', the first in the popular Grimley series, will be followed by Inspector Drake's 'Murder On A Budget’.
Ms Hotston Moore set out on a solo cycling journey from her home village of Shipham to Singapore.
She has only her bike, a stove, and a tent on her journey, which is expected to last between 10 to 15 months.
Her endeavour is in support of Body and Soul, a charity which was an pillar of support during a difficult time in her life.
Updates on Ms Hotston Moore's journey can be followed on Instagram at @exploring.on.two.wheels or through her blog.
Donations are welcome on her Body and Soul Just Giving page.
Tickets for the shows are available for £10 from the Shipham Players website.
