A PUB has unveiled an events schedule that includes a Taylor Swift-themed bottomless brunch this Saturday.
Seaside venue The Regent, in Weston-super-Mare, reopened in June following a six-figure refurbishment that saw new booths, more seating, DJ booths, an area for live band performances, and expanded HD TV screens fitted.
Its newly announced activity programme includes live band performances on the final Friday of every month, with Bristol group Pop the Top kicking things off on August 30.
The pub, now open until 1am on Fridays and 2am on Saturdays, will host DJs from the area playing late into the night on Saturdays.
Running parallel to the new events, a 2-4-1 'All Night Long Drinks' offer features more than 35 beverages as well as fruit flavoured vodkas.
Party Pitchers for six people are available for £28.
For fans of Taylor Swift, The Regent has planned a themed bottomless brunch on Saturday, August 17.
The pub is encouraging locals to Shake it Off and embrace their Anti-Hero, with bookings available from 5pm to 7pm.
Student deals are available via the MiXR student card, and can be redeemed using the app.
General manager of The Regent, Sue Hughes, said: "We can’t wait to show locals our brand-new events schedule, packed full of everything from Weston-super-Mare Swiftogeddon to the very best local musical talent on the last Friday of every month.
"Starting with our Taylor Swift bottomless brunch on Saturday, The Regent will be buzzing, and with our new 2-4-1 drinks offer, we’re expecting a packed house this weekend with plenty enjoying our new cocktail menu.
"With an array of local DJs spinning decks, we want to establish The Regent as one of the best nights out in the area and our recent refurbishment further shows our dedication to making The Regent the place to go for Westonians."
Live bands billed to play in the coming months include The Longshots, Archalia, Station 2 Station, and We are the Lost Boys.
