Volunteers helped revamp the communal kitchen at Weston Foyer, a young people's supported housing service.
Six people from Sanctuary Supported Living spent a day lending a hand.
They painted, decorated, and refreshed the space alongside residents.
Several suppliers supported the project, including Innerglass, AkzoNobel, and Brakes, providing kitchen supplies, paint, and a new toaster.
A £500 grant was used for a new dining table, chairs, and additional items.
Roxy Povey, local service manager at Weston Foyer, said: "It’s been wonderful to see our communal kitchen transformed into a space that the residents can truly be proud of.
"The volunteers did an amazing job, and the residents were thrilled to be part of the process.
"We’re really grateful to everyone who took part, and to the companies who generously donated to the project – it’s going to make a massive difference to the lives of the young people we support."
The hospitality team will use the refurbished kitchen to run an ‘Eating well for less’ course for residents.
Will Childe, hospitality services manager and a volunteer, said: "It’s a much more practical space now.
"I’m looking forward to returning soon to help residents get creative on a budget in the kitchen."
