Businesses are invited to a free event to discuss workplace health.
North Somerset Healthy Workplaces Celebratory Event will be held on November 7 at the Winter Gardens, Weston-super-Mare.
The event will run from 10am until 3.30pm.
It will feature a series of talks from health and wellbeing experts, alongside the presentation of the North Somerset Healthy Workplaces Awards.
Topics to be covered include 'coaching to facilitate wellbeing in the workplace', 'burnout: what it is and how to avoid it," and "the power of exercise."
There will also be a marketplace of stalls, showcasing the range of health and wellbeing expertise available across North Somerset.
The event, which is free to attend, provides an opportunity for businesses and individuals to gain ideas on how to create a healthier workplace.
Councillor Jenna Ho Marris, North Somerset Council's executive member for public health, said: "Work is part of life, and having a good job where you are treated with respect and paid fairly is a powerful 'protective factor' for health.
"Let's make the most of how to stay well and get healthy in the workplace; this includes working from home too.
"This event provides an opportunity for businesses and individuals to get some ideas about how to achieve this, and the chance to network."
The North Somerset Healthy Workplaces awards scheme supports businesses and organisations in making positive changes within their workplace.
Under the scheme, businesses can access tools and advice to support employees on various health and wellbeing topics, including mental health, physical activity, stopping smoking, menopause, men's health, musculoskeletal health, alcohol and substance use, and financial wellbeing.
Refreshments and lunch will be provided at the event.
Tickets can be booked at Eventbrite.
