* David Lumley, Station Road, Draycott (57). Driving without valid insurance: disqualified from driving for two months, fined £180 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge.

* Lynda Gill, Appletree Mews, Worle (52). Driving without valid insurance: six penalty points, fined £260 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge.

* Emma Hurkett, no fixed abode (34). Begging in public: six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge.

* Darren McMullen, no fixed abode (39). Begging in public: six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge.

* Neil Simons, Milton Green, Weston (43). Drunk and disorderly: fined £80 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge.

* Robert Gard, Farm Road, Milton (38). Drink-driving: disqualified from driving for 18 months, fined £392 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £39 victim surcharge.

* Daniel Muirhead, Canberra Road, Weston (32). Seven counts of making off without paying for fuel: community order and ordered to pay £328.77 compensation.

* Christopher Woolfall-Bray, Stowey Road, Yatton (18). Drug-driving: disqualified from driving for 16 months, fined £162 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge.

* Sarah Vickers, Upper Church Road, Weston (54). Threatening behaviour, drunk and disorderly, assault police constable, criminal damage and theft: community order and ordered to pay £2.79 compensation, £85 costs and £85 victim surcharge.

* Steven Tancock, Brompton Road, Weston (28). Theft: fined £229 and ordered to pay £266 compensation, £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge.

* Curtis Ford, Baildon Road, Weston (25). Drink driving: disqualified from driving for 23 months, community order and ordered to pay £85 costs and £85 victim surcharge.

* Adam Leonard, Camden Terrace, Weston (36). Drink-driving: disqualified from driving for 18 months, fined £350 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £35 victim surcharge. Drive without valid insurance: fined £350. Drive vehicle without valid MOT: fined £116.

* Colin Watkins, Nightingale Court, Weston (35). Drive vehicle without valid MOT: fined £40 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge.

* Slionys Zydrunas, no fixed abode (42). Possession of weapon in public place: four-month prison sentence and ordered to pay £115 victim surcharge.

*Samuel Terry-Short, Madeira Road, Weston (19). Three counts of assault: community order and ordered to pay £85 costs and £85 victim surcharge.

* Dominic Palmer, Dunster Crescent, Weston (29). Driving without valid insurance: disqualified from driving for six months, fined £180 and ordered to pay £300 compensation and £30 victim surcharge.

* Jamie Ralph, Park Place, Weston (36). Failed to provide blood sample when asked: disqualified from driving for 24 months and community order. Driving without disqualified: Ordered to pay £115 costs and £85 victim surcharge. Driving without valid insurance: no separate penalty. Failure to surrender to court: fined £100.
