* Tia Hocking, Baker Street, Weston (30). Drug-driving: disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge.

* Scott Spurling, Bristol Road Lower, Weston (23). Assault police constable and cause unnecessary suffering to an animal: community order. Assault: ordered to pay £500 compensation.

* Josephine Thomas, Greenfields Way, Weston (34). Driving without due care and attention: disqualified from driving for six months, fined £225 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge.

* Alexander Clarke, Ebdon Lane, Bourton (48). Speeding: disqualified from driving for six months, fined £267 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 victim surcharge.
