Goalkeeper Max Harris has returned to Weston-super-Mare ahead of the team’s top of the table grudge match against fellow front runners Slough Town FC.
Weston are currently on a four game win streak and have been now been given extra protection at the back by the signing of League One keeper Harris.
Harris is no stranger to Seagulls fans having already enjoyed three previous stints at the club between 2022 and the end of last season, including being involved in the club’s 2022/23 title winning campaign in the Southern League.
During those three stints with Weston Harris made 88 appearances whilst keeping an impressive 29 clean sheets along the way.
He joins the squad on their winning streak, and they now look to continue their momentum against Slough Town who are on a four-game win streak of their own.
In the past Slough have had the better of Weston having won their two meetings last season but both teams have started this season strong and find themselves in playoff positions early on.
Weston are coming off the back of a solid 3-2 victory over Hornchurch, a game that saw two summer signings in Dylan Morgan and Brandon Bak net for The Seagulls, whilst Slough most recently got the better of Weymouth in a battle that ended 1-0.
The rebels now visit The Optima on the evening of Tuesday September 3rd, kick off 7:45pm, for a night that might see Max Harris make his fourth debut for the club.
