Worlebury Golf Club have been crowned British Club Mixed Champions.
The club's journey started in March, culminating in a victory at the national finals held at Celtic Manor Resort.
Worlebury, who had already been named South West champions after defeating teams from Cornwall and Ascot, faced off against other regional champions from Muthill (Scotland), Kibworth (Leicester), and Royal Mid-Surrey.
In the semi-final against Kibworth, Worlebury trailed for most of the match.
However, a 3-2 win was secured on the 18th green, with Emma and Russell Bourton turning the match around to win 1-up, securing a place in the final.
In the final, the South West champions put on an impressive display to defeat Royal Mid-Surrey 4.5-0.5.
Despite the soft underfoot conditions and the challenging Montgomerie course, Worlebury, in their third successive championship campaign, saw off the South East regional champions.
The first pair, Alix Kew and Lauren Hanson, set the tone by defeating Iain Bond and Susan Spash 7&5.
Russell and Emma Bourton, Steve Taylor and Helen Clarke, and Graham and Sam Hewlett also won their respective matches.
The fourth match between Paul and Maxine Gardiner, and Peter and Anne Brooks, ended in a friendly half on the 16th.
Club chairman and team captain Graham Hewlett said: "This is an amazing achievement for the club and all the players who played, not only the finals, but all the earlier rounds over a long season.
"It shows the strength in depth at the club, in both the ladies and mixed sections, and is testament to the friendly and welcoming environment we pride ourselves on for all golfers regardless of gender, age, or ability."
